CASCADIA ARTS ASSOCIATION (CAA)

Cascadia Arts Association (CAA) is located in East Multnomah County, Oregon. We are at the Gateway to the Columbia River Gorge.

CAA was established in 2020 as a 501(c)3 corporation. The founding Board members were local area artists who were the organizers of Troutdale’s Fall Festival of the Arts (2015-2019). This group of artists and business owners desired to enhance the funding opportunities of a nonprofit organization and to expand its mission beyond the arts festival.

We Help Art and Community Come Together

Our vision and goals are to enrich our community by promoting the visual, performing, and literary arts.

  • On the first Saturday and Sunday of June we present the annual Troutdale Arts Festival (TAF).TAF hosts 70-75 fine art artists, emerging artists, has art demonstrations, writers, and live music.

  • CAA partners with other arts organizations to provide art instruction. Our community art project “Art Trout” gave people of all ages and abilities the opportunity to produce public and private artwork using several art mediums. At various area events we  participate by holding group art projects. Our newest project is to feature area artists in our blog and social media.

  • We have a passion to bring the beauty and joy of art to our community and visitors making Troutdale an Art’s Destination.
